I was so hungry because I missed my breakfast due to overslept and almost late for my work. I drove to Seattle for work from my home Tacoma. When I had little time, I searched for donuts on Yelp. I found this place. It popped up so I was like I see a small place...is a donut good? When I got there, I see friendly service! Quiet service due to the morning. I tried an Ube icing on a donut. So tasty!! Will come back for more!! Highly recommend!!
Love, visiting King donuts. Such a delicious selection. I especially love the old-fashioned donuts, the apple fritters and the bacon maple bars. The decor is whimsical and fun. the new coffee machine is beautiful and makes a great cup of Joe. We also had an iced latte. we also really enjoy all the specialty flavors like Ube and mango when available.
Tried out King donuts which seems to have moved locations, surprisingly tasty bites for sure. Very cute interior with lots of seating. The employees are super friendly and helpful. Ordered a half dozen and some donut holes. We ate them pretty quick, no donut hole left behind! They have coffee and other drink options along with merch for their store. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area. We drove about 45 min to try them out, would I do that again, probably not but if I'm in the area yes!
Love the fluffy donuts here, been coming to the business for years at their prior location too! I couldn't find a cake for my daughter early in the morning so I decided to do a donut cake, it was perfect to come here since they open at 7am! I got the variety I needed and pick up an americano, which BTW was a good flavor of coffee bean! Pricier than average but worth it imo. Wish they made maple bar donut with the holes! It would've been great for my donut cake haha mmmm but I really enjoyed the Mango tajin, ube and pistachio flavors! BTW they don't serve Thai food like the old owners did. Just donuts and coffee now
Literally the friendliest staff, and a great business to have in the community. The place has no frills vibes. Usually see lots of people meeting up and enjoying a cup of coffee with a doughnut. Classic glazed and the Ube ones are my favorite!
Very good donuts. Super soft, light and fluffy donuts. Not dense or oily. Not too sweet either. I recommend the cinnamon sugar twist that came with a caramel drizzle and sea salt on top. When I went at around 11, there was only a small selection so next time I will try to show up earlier. $15 including tax for the half dozen assorted. Will be back
Oh my Lord...BEST DONUTS IN WASHINGTON!!! Customer service was great, atmosphere was clean and professional. Donuts were doughy, chewy, fluffy, scrumptious, and of course...KING SIZED! If I lived in the area, I'd lose all my money here. Easily. A must visit!
Works on every level for me. Very good donuts in a very traditional style. Price point is good. Shop is clean. Have their own parking lot for easy access.
